● Check-in: from 16:00. ● Check-out: by 11:00. ● Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 1 child under 6 years old (sharing existing bedding). Extra beds are not available. ● The room rate is based on 2 adults and includes amenities and package benefits for 2 guests. Additional guests from the third person onwards will be charged according to the hotel’s age policy. ● Age policy: - Under 6 years old: stay free when sharing existing bedding with adults. - 6 to under 12 years old: considered child guests and charged at the child rate. - 12 years and above: considered adults and charged at the adult rate. ● Please provide the correct number of guests and ages when booking. If the information does not match the actual check-in details, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the accommodation arrangement or apply additional charges.

● The hotel is located outside the Shimen Reservoir toll area, beyond the “Zhongxian Toll Station,” and can be accessed via external connecting roads. Please select “avoid toll roads” in navigation if needed. ● Guests may use hotel facilities from afternoon opening time on check-in day until morning on check-out day. - Fitness center & indoor facilities Daily: 07:30–11:30, 13:00–22:00. - Outdoor swimming pool (summer only) Closed daily 11:00–13:00 for cleaning and maintenance. Mon–Thu: 07:30–11:00, 13:00–17:30. Fri–Sun, holidays & Jul–Aug: 07:30–11:00, 13:00–21:00. ★ In the event of typhoons, thunderstorms, or adverse weather conditions, the pool may be temporarily or fully closed depending on on-site conditions. - Sauna (winter only) Closed Tuesday and daily 11:00–13:00 for cleaning and maintenance. Reservation Policy

● Online Booking Payment Policy In accordance with the “Standard Contract for Individual Hotel Reservations” issued by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required. Payment must be completed within the system’s specified deadline; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. ● Reservation Modification & Cancellation Policy ★ Change of Check-in Date: Check-in dates cannot be changed by the hotel. Please make a new reservation and cancel the original booking if needed. ★ Cancellation: Please cancel your reservation through the official website. Deposit refunds will follow Taiwan’s Standard Contract for Individual Traveler Accommodation (MOTC Ref. No. 交路字第0990000402號). ★ If you cannot stay as scheduled, please contact the hotel or cancel your reservation before arrival. The hotel will not call to confirm arrival on the check-in date. No-show cases without prior notice will be handled according to the no-show policy. 【Cancellation Policy】(Days are counted excluding the check-in date) ・Cancellation on the check-in date, no-show, or failure to notify the hotel: 100% deposit charged. ・1 day prior: 20% refund. ・2–3 days prior: 30% refund. ・4–6 days prior: 40% refund. ・7–9 days prior: 50% refund. ・10–13 days prior: 70% refund. ・14 days or more: 100% refund. ● Special Cancellation Policy (Force Majeure) ・In case of government-announced force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, transport disruption, or typhoon warnings), the hotel may assist with cancellation or rescheduling depending on actual conditions.
